It’s hard sometimes to include children in discussions about fasting and prayer; but this spiritual discipline can be really helpful to model to our children and help them to explore from a young age. This collection of resources can help you begin to think about what fasting and prayer as a family could look like in your house, and how and why you might fast together or individually.

This activity can help you explore fasting by choosing something to give up, to make space for God to fill us up! You will need 2 cups, the activity sheet and a pair of scissors. Why not give this a try as a family?
